Yahind Tribute to the Recipient of Jnanpith award

Prof. Shahryar was in the Kingdom to attend the Mushaira along with the other 15 poets from India invited by the Indian Mission in Riyadh and Jeddah. At the same time Jnanpeeth award was announced to Prof. Shahriyaar. The officials of the Indian Embassy left no stone unturned to felicitate this great poet with the best possible way to make this as a memorable moment. Within short notice, all the social and cultural organizations of Indian expatriates were gathered to hail Prof. Shahryaar. Social Organization in Riyadh, Hindustani Baz-E-Urdu Riyadh, Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association (AMUOBA) and Jamia Alumni Association, Riyadh also felicitated the great poet. Yahind Photographer KN Wasif captured in his camera all these Felicitation functions plus the Annual Mushaira of Indian Embassy Riyadh which was presided over by Prof. Shahriyaar.
